OMTA is 100 years old!
The Oregon Music Teachers Association was founded 100 years ago. We have a long history of commitment to the highest standards in music education, as recognized by our most recent honor from Music Teachers National Association in which we were recognized as 2016 MTNA State Affiliate of the Year.
The birthday cake in the photo was a surprise provided by Portland Piano International at the joint PPI Festival-OMTA State Conference in June.
