OMTA congratulates Ryan Zawilski, student of Dr. Betsy Parker, on winning the 2026 Daniel Brugh Composition Scholarship. Ryan’s composition is titled “The Clockwork Rhapsody” for piano solo.
Winners of the Daniel Brugh Scholarship Competition are invited to share their composition on the OMTA Composition Festival State Recital.
OMTA also congratulates Malia Daue, student of John Eismann, who was awarded Honorable Mention for “The Fairy Wedding Debacle” for chamber ensemble.
