The OMTA Sonatina Festival is a biennial competitive event for students of high school age and younger. Participants perform Sonatina/Sonata movements selected from various composers, periods, and styles before an adjudicator in a private audition. Two students from each level are chosen to perform in the Honors Recital later in the day to compete for first and second place. The Honors Recital is open to the public. |
