2025 OMTA Conference Advertising
Events such as the 2025 OMTA State Conference would not be possible without the dynamic collaboration of so many wonderful organizations who partner with us through advertising and on-site vendor engagement. We are truly greater because of YOU and appreciate your consideration of support.
OMTA publishes a professional, full color program booklet with a finished size of 8.5”x11” for our conferences. This publication includes schedules, artist bios, recital programs, annual honors, and more!
2025 OMTA Conference Program Advertising Options:
- Full Page Back Cover – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $330
- Full Page Inside Front Cover – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $260
- Full Page Interior Page – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $180
- Half Page – 7.5”w x 4.875”h – $100
- Third Page – 4.9375″w x 4.875″h – $75
- Single Column – 2.375”w x 10”h – $75
Orders and Artwork Submission Deadline: 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2025 (Ads received after the deadline cannot be included in the program.)

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Ad copy must meet the dimension specifications of the requested ad size (see above). Please double check your file before sending.
- Digital files are required and should be high resolution, press quality (300dpi), in JPEG, PNG, PSD or PDF format.
- Fonts must be embedded (if sending as an Adobe format).
- Flattened transparencies.
- For full page ads, the .25″ bleed is already included in the size requirement. Please note: all type and important details should be a minimum of .25” from the trim on all four sides.
- Half, Third and Column ads will float on the page. No bleed.
- OMTA reserves the right to reject ads not meeting the required specifications.
- Ads submitted after the submission deadline cannot be included in the program book.
- OMTA cannot create ads on behalf of organizations wishing to advertise with us. Ads must be complete when submitted.
BONUS ADVERTISING SLIDE
We are offering an added bonus to every advertiser this year…an opportunity to be included in our conference break advertiser slideshow. This will be shown on the main auditorium screen between sessions. If you would like to also advertise your organization in this manner, please submit a 1920w X 1080h pixel image along with your ad copy submission above. This is included with your advertising order above.
2025 On-Site Vendor Tables
Vendors are invited to join us in the lobby of the Florence Events Center (715 Quince St, Florence, OR 97439) where all of the 2025 two-day OMTA Conference sessions and recitals will be held (June 27-28). Vendor table sizes TBA. A limited number of vendor tables are available.
Vendors are not required to staff their booths unless accepting payments or donations. The vendor area will close permanently on Saturday at 9:30 pm following the end of the artist reception. You may choose to leave early and not have your table open for Saturday evening’s recital.

Place Your Order
Ad orders may be placed using an online payment form in early February. Potential advertising and vendor partners will be emailed when sign-ups open. If you would like to be included on this list please email office@oregonmta.org.
