2023 OMTA Conference Advertising

Events such as the 2023 OMTA State Conference would not be possible without the dynamic collaboration of so many wonderful organizations who partner with us through advertising. We are truly greater because of YOU and appreciate your consideration of support.

OMTA publishes a professional, full color program booklet with a finished size of 8.5”x11” for our conferences. This publication includes schedules, artist bios, recital programs, annual honors, and more!

2023 OMTA Conference Program Advertising Options:

  • Full Page Back Cover – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $325
  • Full Page Inside Front Cover – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $250
  • Full Page Inside Back Cover – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $200
  • Full Page Interior Page – 8.75”w x 11.25”h – $175
  • Half Page – 7.5”w x 4.875”h – $100
  • Third Page – 4.9375″w x 4.875″h – $75
  • Single Column – 2.375”w x 10”h – $75

Orders and Artwork Submission Deadline: 10:00 AM on Friday, May 5, 2023 (Ads received after the deadline cannot be included in the program.)

Send artwork to office@oregonmta.org or upload it at the same time you place your order.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  1. Ad copy must meet the dimension specifications of the requested ad size (see above). Please double check your file before sending.
  2. Digital files are required and should be high resolution, press quality (300dpi), in JPEG, PNG, PSD or PDF format.
  3. Fonts must be embedded (if sending as an Adobe format).
  4. Flattened transparencies.
  5. For full page ads, the .25″ bleed is already included in the size requirement. Please note: all type and important details should be a minimum of .25” from the trim on all four sides.
  6. Half, Third and Column ads will float on the page. No bleed.
  7. OMTA reserves the right to reject ads not meeting the required specifications.
  8. Ads submitted after the submission deadline cannot be included in the program book.
  9. OMTA cannot create ads on behalf of organizations wishing to advertise with us. Ads must be complete when submitted.
