Welcome to OMTA’s 2021 State Conference. We are excited you are here. We have some outstanding presentations and concerts coming your way during these two days!

Below you’ll find all the resources you need for this two-day conference including the links to the stream for both Thursday and Friday, conference handouts, an opportunity to purchase wall-of-wine raffle tickets, an online version of our printed program, our conference survey and more!

OMTA Foundation Fundraiser

Our annual state conference is typically where our members come together in fun ways to raise money for the OMTA Foundation. We don’t have a silent auction filled with goodies, but we do have this nifty and secure page where generous gifts may be made online. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has donated!

Conference Survey

Your opinion means the world to us! Would you spend a few minutes and let us know how we did through the online survey link below?

Post-Conference Access to Video Presentations

Recordings from the OMTA State Conference will be available in the future on the state conference web page:

In the meantime, please visit that page to enjoy videos from our 2019 and 2020 state conferences.

These videos are password protected and provided as a resource to active OMTA members. If you are currently not an OMTA member, we invite you to join! You can find more information about OMTA on this website. If you are currently an MTNA member, but hold state association in a different state, login to your MTNA account to add Oregon as additional state affiliate. Your Oregon membership status will open up the wealth of Oregon state resources to you!

Wall-of-Wine Raffle

For in-person AND virtual attendees!

The 2021 OMTA Conference Wall-of-Wine raffle is one way we raise funds in support of the OMTA and MTNA Foundations. Students and teachers alike benefit from the funds raised, which provide grants and scholarships such as the Teacher Enrichment Grant, student performance and composition awards, grants for student and community enrichment programs, travel grants for Oregon competition winners and more!

Here’s how you can participate:

  • Contribute a bottle (or two) of wine for the raffle. Even if you’ll be watching from home, there may be someone from your district who will be in Bend and would be happy to deliver it for you. We ask that the regular price point for the wine be $20 or more (it can be on sale). Donations of wine may be turned in at the registration desk or given to Susan Todd or Cindy Peterson-Peart.
  • Purchase raffle tickets! In-person attendees can purchase them from Cindy or Susan at $5 each or 3 for $10. Virtual conference attendees may purchase raffle tickets online here: https://oregonmta.org/wall-of-wine-raffle/ Tickets may be purchased until Thursday, June 24 at 4:00 PM PDT.

The raffle drawing will take place on Thursday, June 24, just before the banquet. You do not need a banquet ticket to attend the raffle drawing and those at home can join the fun via the livestream. You’ll have the chance to win a lovely bottle of wine and one lucky person will come away with a very special bottle, purchased just for the raffle. If you win from home, we’ll ask someone from your district to bring you your prize, or ship it if necessary.

Remember, OMTA is a 501c3 organization and donations made to it are considered charitable contributions.

Thanks for spending these two days with us!
